The issue was reported by Insiders using Surface Pro 4 devices as well as by desktop computer users, therefore the issue is not limited to a particular device.   Again, just like for previous issues reported on build 14383, Microsoft’s Support Team hasn’t posted any comments on the thread. Appears to be driver related, with the newest drivers available being the worst performers… Insiders confirmed they tried various workarounds — running a Network Settings check, checking drivers, running the troubleshooter — all to no avail. However, the Insiders who reported this issue haven’t mentioned if they disabled the Windows Firefall, so we still don’t know if this workaround helps. In case you encounter the same internet access issue, you could try disabling the Windows Firefall and see if this solution solves your problem.
