Some of these include a new light theme, an improved Windows sandbox feature, and more. The company even decoupled Windows Search and Cortana. Microsoft announced a new Windows Health Dashboard that came along with this release. This dashboard informs users about the update rollout status as well as known issues. Microsoft is completely depended upon Windows Insiders to extensively test their new OS versions. Unfortunately, the company didn’t fix all the reported issues.

Taskbar color won’t change in Windows 10 May 2019 Update

Some users even stated that the company knew some of these bugs existed and it deliberately ignored them. Speaking of bugs, many Windows 10 users who recently upgraded their systems to Windows 10 version 1903 reported that they can’t apply their selected color to the taskbar. As you can see in the screenshot below, users can’t check all the available options in the Settings page.
