Microsoft has officially acknowledged this issue and is working to find a fix as soon as possible. If you have encountered SIM and PIN issues after installing Windows 10 Mobile build 14926, you can help Microsoft further investigate this issue by posting the following information on the Feedback Hub or on the dedicated forum thread: This wasn’t seen internally or we would not have released this build.  We know Fast ring Insiders are willing to handle some painful scenarios, but this isn’t one we would intentionally put you all through!
